The Cable Flexibility Diameter

Be careful with flexibility diameter while grounding.the usual cable flexibility diameter should not be less than 15 times of the cable’s outer diameter

The Greatest Cable Stringing Strength

Be careful with the cable stringing strength while grounding.
F= A1x 1,0…1,5 kgf/mm2 (Aluminium Conductive Cable)
F= A1x 1,0... 2,0 kgf/mm2 (Copper Conductive Cable)
The greatest stringing strength should not be more than 850 kgf. F= A1 x 1,5 kgf/mm2 (aluminium conductive cable) , F= A1 x 5,0 kgf/mm2 (copper conductive cable)
The greatest stringing strength should not be more than 2000 kgf. F=A2 x 100 kgf/mm2

A1 = Total cross section of all conductors
A2 = Total cross section of metallic protective cover.

The lowest heat grounding should not be below 0 C.
Incold weather .cables should be warmed before grounding.Flat-low tension supplements when pipes are heated an insulating tape emerges that provides an excellent protection against water and dampness should be preferred while assembling AER Cables.They can be used either with cast resin system or box+pitch system.While assembling the conductors standards for binding supplement pipes should be followed.
For the safety of supplements the using guide of the producer should be followed while assembling pipes together.
