ALUMINIUM CONDUCTORS STEEL REINFORCED
To be in the most important place in the cable sector KAYALAR KABLO was started activities with Telephone Cables and Energy Cables in 1994.In 1998 by expanding the manufactured area , Aluminium Cables and Aluminium Underground Cables are added in our quality production.

Aluminium conductors steel reinforced, ACSR for high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) transmission overhead lines are usually manufactured to meet  TS-IEC 1089,between 15…750 mm2. Sizes and stranding in accordance with other specifications as CSA,ASTM, DIN, BS, SFS, NF or customer’s specifications will be manufactured by request. Standard wooden reels are normally non-returnable.

PHASE CONDUTORS
ABC (AER) Cables , phase conductors extruded black weather-resistant special low density PE or XLPE.The insulated phase conductors are signed by continous salient lines.In all types of cables 1 salient line shows neutral within 5 insulated cores.The salient lines 2-3-4 shows phase. Phase Conductors are manufactured round,solid aluminium wires.
16 mm2 round solid aluminium , 25…..95 mm2 from 7 wires ,120 mm2 and up 19 wires round stranted and compacted aluminium
Tensile and Strenght 120 N/mm2 , Resistivity at 20 C max.0,028264 ohm mm2/m
